Beyond Type 1

Beyond Type 1 is dedicated to uniting the global T1D community and providing resources to help people live well today and fund a better tomorrow. By collaborating with Level One, they’re bringing our game into their network of newly diagnosed families, advocates, and healthcare professionals

“At Beyond Type 1, we believe in pushing the boundaries of what’s possible for people living with diabetes. Level One’s game-based approach to T1D education is an innovative and effective resource for newly diagnosed families, providing essential knowledge in an engaging and supportive format. We’re thrilled to share it with our community as an inclusion in our ‘Beyond Diagnosis’ guide and can’t wait to see the impact it has for families worldwide.”

Breakthrough T1D Play leverages video games and livestreaming to foster community, raise awareness, and advance critical research for type 1 diabetes cures. They’ve recognized Level One’s potential to accelerate learning for newly diagnosed patients, caregivers, and beyond.

“As a T1D dad and veteran of the mobile game industry, I’m incredibly excited about Level One’s potential to transform the onboarding process for people with T1D and their caretakers. The Level Ex team has created an incredible tool that makes practicing diabetes management fun and accessible, with gameplay that will intuitively make sense to anyone who’s ever played a game on their phone.”
